Apple Cream Cake
1 Medium Size Apple
2 tbsp Castor Sugar
80 g Granulated Sugar
100 cc Cream
150 g Flour
1 tsp baking powder
🍎 Slice apple and cut into bite-size pieces. Add castor sugar into cut apple and heat in the microwave (600w) for 3 mins
🍎 Add butter and granulated sugar and mix it together. Pour in beaten eggs little by little by mixing it into the mixture.
🍎 Add in fresh cream with added apples. Sieve flour and baking powder and mix the mixture well.
🍎 Pour into a cake container laid with tracing paper and cook at 180 degree celcius for 35 mins in the oven.
