2 gelatin sheets (2 gelatin sheets = 5 g)
3 Tbsp hot water
2/3 cup whole milk (2/3 cup = 160 g)
1/3 cup granulated sugar (1/3 cup = 70 g)
½ cup plain yogurt (1/2 cup = 120 g) (I used low fat)
¾ cup heavy cream or heavy whipping cream (3/4 cup =180 g)
Cherry Blossom Jelly/Jello
8 salt pickled cherry blossoms
1 gelatin sheet (1 gelatin sheet = 2.5 g)
1½ Tbsp hot water
½ cup water (1/2 cup = 120 g)
2 tsp granulated sugar (2 tsp = 10 g)
Red food coloring (optional)
