INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
• 3 ounces of gluten-free vodka (2 single shots or 1 double shot)
• 2 T honey
• 1 bottle of champagne (sparking wine or prosecco work too) – will only use enough to fill up half of each flute.
• 2 tsp fresh pomegranate seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine pomegranate juice, vodka and honey
Divide equally between two champagne flutes (should fill halfway up) and add 1 tsp of pomegranate seeds to each glass.
Top each glass with champagne and serve immediately.
