Grilled vegetables with infused Olive Oil and Balsamic glaze By Cookpad

Ingredients:

Asparagus <

d bell peppers, cut in wide slices for grill <

gplant, cut in half and 1/2 inch thick slices <

cchini squash, cut in half and 1/2 inch thick slices <

d onion, cut in 1/2 inch thick rounds <

by portabella mushrooms, in grill pan or saute in a skillet <

esh basil and parsley for garnish <

T Olive oil, extra virgin (I make my own infused herb oil) <

T Balsamic vinegar <

Garlic cloves, crushed <

tsp Salt and 1/2 tsp pepper <

lsamic glaze (if using herb infused oil)
