Bitter Gourd Soup By Noobcook

Bitter Gourd has many health benefits and cooling properties. It help our body to combat heatiness especially when the weather is hot. It is a Chinese home cooked soup and loved by many in Asian.

Ingredients:

  • 300g pork ribs
  • 400 grams bitter gourd (bitter melon/苦瓜)
  • 1.2 litres water
  • 2 honey red dates
  • 10 pitted red dates
  • 1 to 2 carrots peeled and cut to small chunks
  • 1 tbsp wolfberries soaked in water until puffy; drained
  • salt to taste
