Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 800 grams beef (diced, braising or casserole steak works best)
- 250 milliliters beef stock
- 125 grams peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin (rice)
- Tabasco Sauce (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the beef and stir until the meat is sealed.
- Add the seared beef and all other ingredients to your slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
