Slow Cooker Peanut Beef Satay By Yummly


  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 800 grams beef (diced, braising or casserole steak works best)
  • 250 milliliters beef stock
  • 125 grams peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin (rice)
  • Tabasco Sauce (to taste)


  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the beef and stir until the meat is sealed.
  2. Add the seared beef and all other ingredients to your slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
