4 Sausages, 60g Ground beef, 3tbsp Baked beans, 1/2cup of Rice cake, 1/2 Tofu, 1/2 Green onion, 1/3 Onion, 1 cup of Kimchi, 1 Sliced cheddar cheese, 4 cups of Beef bone broth, 1 instant Ramen noodle Beef marinade sauce: 1/2tbsp Soy sauce, 1tbsp Cooking wine, 1tsp Minced garlic, Pepper Sauce: 1tbsp Red pepper powder, 1tbsp Red pepper paste, 1tbsp Soy sauce for soup, 1tbsp Minced garlic, Salt, Pepper

METHOD: 1. Cut tofu and kimchi. slice green onion and onion 2. Cut ham and sausage. Boil to remove oil. Marinate the beef for about 10 min 3. Add ham, sausage, green onion, kimchi, onion, tofu, beef and beans in the pot. Then mix the sauce ingredients, pour beef bone broth and boil for 5min 4. Add ramen and cheese in, and cook until it’s cooked

Lighter Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie By Tasty

Ingredients:

Crust
280 g (2 cups) nuts, of choice
90 g (1 cup) oat flour
60 g (½ cup) dark cocoa powder
113 g (⅓ cup) honey, or preferred natural sweetener
2 tablespoons milk, of choice, as needed
¼ teaspoon salt

Filling:

570 g (2 cups) greek yogurt
360 g (1 ½ cup) peanut butter
85 g (¼ cup) honey, or preferred natural sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 dark chocolate chip, to taste

Preparation:

1. Place nuts in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until chunky.
2. Add in the oat flour, dark cocoa powder, honey, milk, and salt. Pulse until just thoroughly mixed.
3. Add mixture to a greased pie tin and press down firmly to form the crust.
4. Chill for 1 hour.
5. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until consistency is smooth.
6. Add filling to pie crust and smooth into an even layer.
7. Top with dark chocolate chips.
8. Chill for at least 1 hour.
9. Enjoy!
