– 3 tbsp hoisin

– 2 tbsp honey

– 1 tbsp oyster sauce

– 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

– 3 garlic cloves, finely grated

– 2 tsp Homemade Chinese Five Spice (you can use store-bought too)
