Chocolate Granola Bars (vegan) ☆ チョコレートグラノーラバーの作り方 By Peaceful Cuisine

 

Ingredients:

For the granola bars:

60g coconut oil

120g maple syrup

200g old fashioned oats

100g rice flour

100g hazelnuts

60g mulberries

60g raisins

For the chocolate layer:

50g cacao butter

100g coconut oil

120g maple syrup

120g cacao powder

Instructions:

1. break oats into small pieces with food processor. cut hazelnuts into small pieces as well.

2. put all the ingredients for granola together and mix well. put the mixture into a tin and push it down a little bit.

3. bake 350F/180C for 30 minutes.

4. cut cacao butter into small pieces then put it into a pan. add coconut oil and gently heat it up until it dissolve.

5. add cacao powder and maple syrup then stir well.

6. pour the chocolate mixture over the granola.

7. leave it in a fridge for 1 hour.

INGREDIENTS

5 cups flaked or rolled oats, or a mixture of flaked or rolled oats and other grains, such as rye and wheat
1 cup oat bran
1 cup coarsely ground toasted flaxseeds
1 cup chopped nuts (I recommend almonds and pecans)
½ to 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg (to taste)
2 to 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon (to taste)
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
⅓ cup canola oil
½ cup mild honey, like clover honey, or agave syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 to 2 cups raisins (optional)

INGREDIENTS:

700ml (325g) rolled oats
300ml (190g) sesame seed, hulled or whole. Whole gives a stronger sesame flavour.
100ml (70g) flax seed
200ml (75g) desiccated coconut
200ml (120g) nuts of your choice, whole or roughly chopped
50ml (55g) coconut palm sugar*
50ml (40g) extra virgin olive oil
50ml (60g) rice malt syrup**
1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt

*coconut palm sugar can be replaced with rapadura sugar, or another whole sugar. If you use brown sugar, use half the amount.
**rice malt syrup can be replaced with maple or coconut palm syrup. If you use agave or golden syrup, use half the amount.
