DIY Herbal Seaweed Peel-off Mask By Little Green Dot

Ingredients:

• dried Nori seaweed (unflavored)

• herbal tea

Directions:

• Brew your tea and tear up the seaweed paper into smaller pieces.

• Soak the seaweed strips in the tea to re-hydrate them. Just a few seconds otherwise it will fall apart.

• And then, go ahead and place each sheet on, covering your face and scaring your children. Let it sit for about 15 minutes and then peel it off!

Fried seaweed paper coated with glutinous rice paste By Maangchi

 

Ingredients
14 sheets of gim (seaweed paper)
1 cup glutinous rice flour
2½ cups of water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons silgochu (dried shredded red pepper), optional, cut into small pieces if used.
Vegetable oil for frying

Lobster gimbap (kimbap:랍스터 김밥) ~ Lobster seaweed rice rolls By Maangchi

Ingredients (for 2 servings, makes 3 rolls)

2½ pounds of lobster, cooked in boiling water for 20 minutes, drained

2 to 2½ cups cooked rice (made with 1 cup short grain rice)

3 sheets of seaweed (gim), lightly roasted

1 medium carrot, cut into matchsticks

½ of an English cucumber, cut into strips

6 strips of danmuji (yellow pickled radish)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sesame seeds
